Virtual counseling allows you to meet with me from the comfort of your own home or any other space of your choosing that provides privacy. My approach is warm, and I balance nurturing support with direct and authentic guidance. I have advanced training in working with couples, including the Gottman Method—an evidence-based approach with a long history of helping couples. I also integrate attachment-focused and emotion-focused approaches to deepen your bond and improve communication. For individuals, I use a variety of cognitive, somatic, narrative, and experiential interventions. You can learn more about my approach to counseling on the Couples and Individuals pages.

I work primarily with couples, and I also work with individuals, especially for anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and complex families of origin. A virtual format can make counseling more accessible depending on your schedule or physical needs.

For telehealth sessions, we may be meeting through a screen, but I offer the same collaborative support. Many clients appreciate the ability to see me from their own homes and find that virtual counseling still fosters deep connection and a safe space. To learn more about what we work on during sessions, please visit the Couples or Individuals pages.
